QI have re-set up my OS and want to transfer my license.

I have re-setup my PC (OS recovery / OS reinstallation).
How do I transfer the license?
Do I need to purchase a new license?

APlease perform the following operations.

There is no need to purchase a new license.

If you have reconfigured your PC, you can continue to use SILKYPIX by downloading and installing SILKYPIX on the reconfigured PC and registering the license (serial number and product key).

If you cannot register online due to an error message displayed when registering offline or due to the Internet connection status, etc., we will take care of the procedure for you directly.

Please provide the following information:
1. Your name
2. Product name (e.g. SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro xx)
3. Product serial number
4. Reply-to Email address
5. Reason for re-registration
If you receive an error message during the re-registration process, please provide the error message (message number).

When you install SILKYPIX for the first time on a new PC, you can use all functions in “Trial Mode” for 30 days.
Please use the “Trial Mode” while waiting for us to contact you.

[Important] Clear product key registration

Please note that the “Clear product key registration” is an operation to stop using SILKYPIX on your old PC and move to a new PC.
Therefore, the license cannot be registered on the PC where the product key registration was canceled.
Please do not perform the “Clear Product Key Registration” operation when reinstalling the operating system.
